The sevice is really exceptional~from the staff going out of their way to assist you, the reliable and knowledgeable mechanics and the bonus of reasonable prices! They can't be beat! more

I have taken my car to Savi Ranch since I bought it and have been very happy with the honest and excellent service. Recently I was informed by a tire company that I needed engine mounts. This same outfit had sold me struts which I now question because the car was handling perfectly. I have had cars way longer than this one and never have I had to replace struts. Since I was about ready to take the car in for an oil change I waited on the engine mounts until I had Josh look at them. I didn't need them. I should've waited on the struts but trusted the tire company. Not anymore. more

Outstanding Service and Repair 6/12/2013

First-time customer and will be a long-time customer. Savi Ranch Auto replaced the struts and springs on my Infiniti QX4 and aligned the front end. The price of parts and labor was very reasonable (well below dealership pricing). The car rides like new again with over 100K miles. Thank you for a pleasant "car repair" experience. more

auto repair request 5/19/2013

Brought my truck in to have the master cylinder for the clutch replaced. Basicly told I needed to repair other items before they could look at the clutch. so took home a broken truck. went to auto parts store got the master cylinder placed it in truck and at this point clutch works fine. Feel that being charged for not fixing the item I wanted fixed is just not right. Would have given 0 stars if possible more

Repair was based upon a good knowledge base. 2/17/2013

Originally took my 1989 Toyota Avalon into a local Toyota dealer and was quoted a $2600 fee to search for the problem of engine intermittant firing upon first startup of the day. Savi Ranch Auto found the illusive cause of the problem, at a more resonable price and a more timely manner. Now the older car has been returned to its original "new car" performance. more
