If you like the thought of thrift store shopping, but don't go because of the clutter...Savers might be a happy medium for you. Savers is a very well organized store that has all the clothing grouped in sizes (go figure), and everything else in logical, easy-to-fine places. You can find some incredible treasures there. They have designer clothing and housewares, new items, antiques, etc; HOWEVER...don't expect to pay thrift store prices here.
The pricing of this thrift store is very high compared to other stores in the area. Granted, you still will pay much less than the original price, but definitely not thrift store prices. For example, I just saw a designer pant set marked at $24.99, and it was a used item.
You can find some deals, you just have to look. They have sale days, which are great. They feature 99 cent Mondays and 50 percent off other days of the week. These sales are based on tag color.
Overall, I really like Savers, but I'm extremely picky when it comes to what I buy. I usually won't buy anything over about $12.99 unless it's on sale...so just be choosy and you'll have a great time here!!
