Service could be better 5/7/2008

Had my new vehical in for service last Fall 3 times before it had 1000 miles.\r I brought it to the dealer last week for a recall and oil change. Recall was addressed, but I was charged more than $80 for an oil change. I spoke with the service manager who said he would check into it and call me back within 2 buisness days. He didn't. I called him again and he had to check on it again. Waiting for a call back again. more

Best place to buy a new car!!! 2/3/2007

My wife and I were very pleased with our dealings at Saturn of Rochester in Penfield. We got a great new Saturn Aura, at a great price, and to top it off Beth Woodcock (salesperson) treated us phenomenally! We will be coming back again next time we're looking for some new wheels! Pros: Service, Service, Service!!! Oh, and a great price!! Cons: Can't think of anything I'd change.... more
