Placed order 10/21/2006 for 5 TV HD DISH Network (1 HD, 4 regular). Was told installation 10/24 between 12:00 and 5:00. Was called on 10/24 and installation re-scheduled for 10/25. I called at 4:30 on 10/25 and was told installer was running behind. Discussion with president of company ensured that installer would come first thing 10/26. Was told at 11:00 on 10/26 that installer never got message and would arrive at 4:00. Installer arrived at 4:30 with wrong equipment (work order incorrect). Informed of additional $200 cost for switch (not discussed at order).
