I live in the neighborhood and was so excited to get a Groupon to support a local business. I called and asked for the earliest appointment available and the salon said they could book me that Wed early evening. I lined up a babysitter went to the salon to check in- woman behind the counter was extremely rude and told me my appointment was for the following Wed night. OK, fine.... chalk it up to a scheduling error. But then next Wed afternoon I received a VM telling me that my appointment was cancelled because the woman scheduled for my nails was sick. I called the salon back and spoke with a woman who encouraged me to bring my complaint to the Owner, Kris. She stated that Kris was in the salon that day and would call me to discuss. Well, two days have gone by and no call from the salon owner. I've tried to call the salon and no answer all day there. Ridiculous. I can understand now why they have horrible reviews and it looks like I am not the first person that has happened to.
