We had bought all new kitchen faucets, high end. All over you when you want to buy something. One of the faucets stopped rotating left to right, and I went into the store to find out about warranty. The lady I spoke with said she could not do anything without our purchase receipt. She allegedly could not find us in their customer database. Offered no help at all, and treated me like I was trying to con her. Told her we would never enter their store again or buy anything due to her attitude. Good, helpful attitude would have meant more sales. True to my word, have not been back to the store in years, and have told all my friends about the lack of customer service. Great merchants, hope this cost them $$$$$.
