Awesome customer service 5/6/2012

I purchased a bike from here about a month ago, we then purchased another bike for my husband. We find the customer service to be wonderful. Each time we go in there to ask about an adjustment or add something to our bike we are acknowledged right away. They have everything ready when they say they will and always answer all or questions (we've had lights added and a mileage device. I actually studied on the internet and by asking cyclists if they liked their product and stopped by a couple of times to decide exactly what we wanted before coming to the store and purchasing. We highly recommend Sarasota Cycle (I haven't heard it referred as Schwinn) - address is 3800 Osprey Ave. Sarasota, FL. more

Good staff 9/8/2005

Clean layout, great selection, and help staff. All around a great store. If you are looking for a mid level bike this is the place. They can sometimes be a little expensive, but you get what you pay for through them. They also have a great repair shop. Highly recommended! A+ more
