I grew up in Brighton Colorado where the first Santiago's opened. My family and I absoutly fell in love the first time we went, and i have been a frequent customer ever since. I can only handle the ""hot"" green chille once and a while, my recomendation is the 1/2 and 1/2. But be careful, because this still has a lot of zing. Try the indian taco and stuffed sopapia's for something extra special, and you won't find a better deluxe burrito, enchilada, taco's, or any other traditional favortie. Get ready for a treat for all of the senses!
