Best Bartenders at Santana Row! 10/30/2010

Love the V Bar The bartenders can make a mean drink! But at the end of the day, it is a Hotel Bar... Ideal for hanging out and having a visit. There is no boom-chicka-boom madness happening here. If you want to grind that out, go down to the Asian restaurant... you can't miss it. more

HORRIBLE PLACE 9/11/2009

BEWARE OF SANTANA ROW First - don't purchase SANTANA ROW gift cards. They charge extraordinary fees - $2.50 a month.....a $100 gift card can quickly become worthless if you don't use it. I thought this was illegal in California but apparently, there are loop holes like charging a monthly finance fee. I tried several times to get to Santana Row to use my new gift card but could NEVER FIND PARKING...sure, there's parking in the morning during the week but I work so I usually had to go in the evenings or during the weekend....no parking...finally gave up and left. SO BE WARNED! Pros: H&M Cons: Customer Service and Parking more

Gorgeous place to stay! 8/30/2009

I stayed here first time. This hotel is gorgeous and the room was very nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. It has a great location and you can easily walk to the nice shops and restaurants. I love this hip hotel bar and courtyard for drinks. A bit noisy at night, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay with them again in the future. more

FROM BAD TO WORSE 7/10/2007

Night #1- room way too narrow(less than 24"" walkway in front of beds), double mattress on a queen size bed frame(bumped shins On frame corners often), shower head 7'6"" tall, shower curtain did reach wall to wall, tub overflow completely missing from tub( got to see into drain system), bathroom door system very loud late at night(wakes partner), and hvac equipment on roof breaking down(loud noise directly overhead................. ...................... ................. Pros: location and got free night stay after two nights Cons: that free night more

Excellent Services 10/30/2006

Santana Row is a great place to eat, shop and entertain yourself. I love going at night b/c there are many bars to go to and i love playing chess while i am waiting for a table. more

Sino Restaurant is the best restaurant and lounge! 6/9/2006

Sino Restaurant is an impressive modern NY style restaurant in the middle of San Jose! Finally, a 'chic' restaurant and lounge that delivers great ambiance, food, and service! I've been waiting for a sophisticated restaurant to knock me and my 'Sex and the City' friends off our feet, and now we are there every week-end!\r I threw an exclusive birthday party in the beautiful banquet room on the 'dragon menu' (which isn't available on the regular menu and for large groups only). It included foie gras, sashumi, Chinese pork loin, Peking Duck, etc...the food was endless, extravagent, and delicious! The food and service were so smooth and great, I could actually sit back and enjoy the evening without saying a word! Very impressive! Thank you Sino for a wonderful experience!
