You pay sewer $25.50; Trash $13.50; Water $60.00 (You get charged partly for the water they use on the sprinklers. You pay $3.80 for the above billing because they don't bill themselves. They use NWP billing company. Another way to stay behind layers. Your guests harrassed, interrogated. If the manager doesn't like you, she will make sure your car is ""accidentally"" towed. One dumpster for 20 units, trash picked up once a week. Manager is childish and very unprofessional. She will never release Management company address and phone number to you. If you have complaints, she will look at you with a look like saying ""do you really think I give a damn?"" Walk in gate keys won't be given unless repeatedly demanded. She will come to you every now and then complaining that she doesn't get paid by Management company other than free rent. Passive aggressive behavior. Very dangerous. Management company doesn't respond to complaints unless dragged to civil court. If you sign a lease, you're TRAPPED. They gotcha. Wanna prove it? Go sign a year lease.
