I went in to get a watch fixed for my husband because it had stopped working. They asked that I leave the watch there and come back later. A week later I finally had time so I went back and the watch was fixed and I even ended up buying multiple birthday gifts for my family. They offered a very wide variety of things that worked for every member of my family from dolls and music boxes for my daughter to very nice wall clocks for my parents. The customer service was the best I have seen in a long time. The older woman that runs the store helped me find exactly what I was looking for for each person and seemed to know everything about all of her products. I will most definitly be going back there for my Christmas shopping next year. more

I had five watches that needed new batteries. The degree of skill needed was more than is available at a Walmart. I saw Sandmark advertises battery change. My total drive time to Sandmark is about 40 minutes. So somewhat of an undertaking. Cons: Poor service more
