Sanderson Custom Homes

In March of 2007 My family and I moved into our new home. The feeling of owning a Sanderson Custom Home is to awesome too put into words. After 5 years of selling these gorgeous homes and seeing family after family move in with such joy. I finally had the chance to experience that same Joy. I wake up in the morning and first Thank God for another day of life then I look around and think to my self "" Wow, I live here!"" This was one of the best investments of my life. I am so glad it was with a builder I know and trust! I Highly Recommend this builder!! Pros: Everyone who worked on my home works in the area and they are available to answer my questions. Cons: My Family and friends want to plan all of the Holiday gatherings in my home because of my open floor plan and large kitchen. Thank Goodness for cleaning services I will entertain the idea. more

Time from contract to closing 8 months. Trades required call backs. 90 days after move-in, walk though deficiencies are now being resolved. Thank you Mr. Bryan Sanderson for visiting our home to ensure the trades workers completed the job to the ""Sanderson Custom Homes"" standard. Pros: Owner included up grades in price of the house, owner willing to make things right, cares about his reputation Cons: Customer service by sales rep very poor, no product knowledge, and phone calls not returned by sales agent. more
