My son-in-law bought two suits at this place. They had to be altered and then brought back to have a crease steamed into the pants. Then he had to go BACK and pick them up AGAIN. When he got them home, guess what? One pair of pants was missing. BACK to the store to be informed that they had SOLD them to someone else. So, they fit him for another pair of pants. He then has to wait for alterations to be made, go BACK to the store to try them on, and then bring them BACK again to have the crease steamed in. Have they offered to steam the pants while he is there to facilitate quicker service? NO! Have they offered any refund to compensate him for their lack of service and the mistakes? NO! If you want a decent suit at a good price, without salespeople trying to pressure you to spend more and then actually expect the suit to be ready without making at least TWO extra trips, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! In this case, it's involved at least four or maybe five (I've lost count) trips to get everything straightened out that was caused by careless personnel selling a pair of pants that was already sold and altered.
Cons: no interest in customer service and very expensive
