I visited a friend here several times. This is a community where you buy your apartment when you move in. I believe it reverts to the community on death (you should check this) but in return you get secure life care and luxurious surroundings. Fine wood paneling in reception rooms, a fountain with sculpture in the lobby, a swimming pool in the basement. It is somewhat too grand for my taste, and I would object to the ""jacket and tie at dinner"" policy if I were a man. My friend's apartment is spacious and beautiful. Service appears to be very good. Location excellent for all activities and transportation.
Pros: Service, comfort, convenience
Cons: Too grand for me
