The Oyster Bake reviewer (from two years ago) knows that the event occurs doing Fiesta, the busiest time of the year for all cab companies. All companies struggle to do their best during times of extreme volume. The airport customer (a review from four years ago) did have a legitimate gripe. i'm wanting to go to oysterbake but the sorry dispatcher doesn't know where his head is from his butt. we tried to get a cab but he couldn't find one he kept us online... then when we couldnt get him back online we called him from another line... when we called him back ( which we never received a call) he told us to forget it and that he wasn't going to get us a ride. more

I called this taxi to drop me and 4 friends off at the airport. I specifically told them that we needed a van because we had a ton of luggage that wouldn’t fit in a car’s trunk. The cab came not only 15 minutes late, but it was a car! We were all ticked off! We had to bother and call up a friend to give us a ride. This company is not very dependable! more
