I just wanted to recognize this moving company for exemplary service in helping my wife and I with our move. We just found our dream house and the employers made the moving portion very seamless and worry-free. It was very knowledgeable about techniques to make the move more efficient and safe for our breakables! I would highly recommend their service to anyone that needed to relocate. Expensive but Worth It!! 7/31/2010

Expensive prices compared to other moving companies I called. But I chose Allstate Van Lines because of the guarantee price & quality service. The sales person was friendly and answered all my questions. I felt reassured not to worry about my stuff. The move was awesome!! The men knew what they are doing. And FAST!! Wow. Unpacking my stuff was also a breeze for them at end of the day even if they were tired. What troopers I tell ya! Thanks everyone more

Very professional and reasonable price movers 7/30/2010

Seamless experience. I seriously never knew moving could be so easy. Very professional, very courteous, very friendly and very very careful. Timewise, my move took a bit longer than expected (in about an hour) due to some complicated pieces that I had to move but that didn?t change the price. They made me feel like they care for my stuff as if it was their own. I recommend Allstate Van Lines to anyone who is moving in San Antonio and to anyone who cares about their budget and their belongings. more

absolutely exceptional. 7/30/2010

From start to finish, our moving experience with Allstate Van Lines was absolutely exceptional. Every facet of the move was impeccably handled with ability, competence, and incredibly hard work (Our new apartment is a 6th floor walk-up.) They provided extra boxes and tape when we ran out, helped to pack what we hadn't finished before they arrived, and dismantled and reassembled several pieces of furniture. When we unexpectedly had a snag that caused us a 20 minute delay, Ivan and his team took it in stride, handling the problem with grace and professionalism. I was very impressed with Allstate Van Lines & I recommend them to all friends and family. more

incredible!! 7/27/2010

When we contracted with Allstate Van Lines our sales rep Michael explained to us that there was a 2 day pick up window in our case it was the 21st or 22nd and we recieved a call from the driver on the 20th stating that he may be running a day late due to the previous customer was unable to meet them at the new apartment for an extra day. We were quite upset but after speaking with Howard the owner he put us at ease and explained we would be compensated and he apologized profusely. Well, the drivers did show up first thing in the morning on the day late and all I can say is when they did arrive they were incredible and if I had known the movers were that good I would've been ok if they were a month late. They saw that a lot of our boxes had been packed improperly and they repacked the boxes at no additional charge and just did everything so professionally it was a pleasure to work with them. Shane and mark were the movers and we were equally pleased to see them 3 days later for our delivery and to also find out that our weight was 700 lbs. less and we owed less money than originally quoted (it worked out to $150.00 less and we tipped that to the driver along with an additional $50.00 and man I never saw someone so grateful as these guys. I am so happy that I decided to move through Allstate Van Lines and they have gained a customer and supporter for life and that is no joke. This company is one that you should definitely consider for your move and I can attest to that. more

Hey, my name is Summer and I just want to say that Allstate Van Lines is the best Service out of every moving company I have ever used. The workers were on time, efficient, and high spirited. They handled any and every concern I had and they were really kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I will definitely use them again! Professional organization! 7/25/2010

I just want to post my experiance with this organization. I moved form San Antonio, TX to Long Beach, CA. Movers showed up on time! They start wrapping my furniture and kitchen stuff. They packed everything fast and professionally. It took them 3 hours to pack and load everything on the truck (my 2 bedr. Apt.) After truck was loaded, I called to office to confirm details! Manager said everything will go smooth and sound. days after Dispatch department called me and they said their truck will arrive in CA in 3 days! Truck showed up on time, unloading process was fast, only 1.5hrs. They set up my bed, unwrapped my furniture! I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by Allstate Van Lines workers! My friend already booked with Allstate Van Lines! They met my expectation! Thank You very much! more

If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy moving company Allstate Van Lines is the first place you should call. I had used several different companies in the past before finding Allstate Van Lines and will never use anyone else in the future. In fact, this is the 2nd time they have done a long-distance move for me. They are on-time, professional, courteous and extremely hard-working. Not to mention, in 2 long-distance moves none of my belongings have even been scratched let alone damaged. I recommend them without reservation to anyone who is in the market for a mover. Very happy with how Allstate Van Lines handled our move. We first called Allstate Van Lines a few weeks ago they offered us a very competitive price for our move to TX. Allstate Van Lines also delivered packing supplies at our home for no additional charge. On the day of the move the movers showed up on time got right to work. Delivery was smooth and quick. Packed and moved smoothly. 7/23/2010

I used Allstate Van Lines to move from San Antonio to the San Francisco. Allstate Van Lines packed my entire apartment the day before the move, and I didn't have to lift a finger. I bought the moving materials (boxes, etc) straight from Allstate Van Lines and they were cheaper than the boxes at Staples and Mailboxes Etc. The movers were super nice and treated my things with extreme care. All our wedding gifts and china were packed perfectly, and not a single item got chipped, scratched or dented. The movers were on time and courteous, and they didn't bat an eye when the doormen at my old bldg gave them a hard time about the times they could use the service elevator and where they could park. I've moved within Bay area twice before. One company was so expensiveXXXtotal ripoff, and the other destroyed so many of my things. This was such a perfect moving experience that I had to write a review. I never do this. USE Allstate Van Lines. You won't be sorry!! more

I found Allstate Van Lines - Long distance movers in San Antonio, TX and I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with the crew that helped us move into our new home. Allstate Van Lines - Long distance movers in San Antonio, TX are very professional. Very efficient. Sales rep was very poilite and the price was very affordable. the movers made it so that i didnt have to worry about my valuables. i would have to agree with everyone else when i say that they were very interested in customer satisfaction. I would say that is their #1 priority. I will use again for any future moving and i will recommend to anyone i know that is moving or planning on moving. more

My wife and I had a very good experience with Allstate Van Lines - Long distance movers in San Antonio, TX. They arrived a few minutes early and call 15 minutes before to let us know, and to asked if it's OK with as. The 4 men were big and strong, they worked hard and fast and finished our move (5 bed house) in less time that I was expected. Allstate Van Lines - Long distance movers in San Antonio, TX has helped me out on several occasions with my own personal moves and also for my practice. I am pleased with the care the movers take and have never had so much as a scratch on any of my furniture or equipment. Their rates can't be beat. Another company (name withheld) charged three times as much when the move was over and done with, but since I discovered Allstate Van Lines - Long distance movers in San Antonio, TX I have had nothing but positive experiences. Even on hot summer days the guys always remained chipper and positive. They are the only movers I trust with my belongings. more

Best in town is an understatement. 7/7/2010

We moved on Saturday and used Allstate Van Lines - Long distance movers in San Antonio, TX. Russell and his team arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Even though it was over 90 degrees outside by the time they finished, it still only took 4 & 1/2 hours. The price was very reasonable and the service was amazing. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. more
