I've eaten French Fries all over the city, state, and the U.S. but these are the best I have ever had. They are crispy on the outside, nice potato flavor on the inside, not mushy or overdone, and salted lightly. They are served on a large plate as a side to a sandwich, much more than can be eaten in one sitting, and even are delicious after they have cooled down to room temperature. Fran says they change the cooking oil daily, which accounts for their fresh flavor. I couldn't stop eating them. \r
The fries came as a side with a Gondola sandwich, a grilled chicken breast covered with cheese and meat sauce, served on sourdough bread. Delicious, done just right, and light on the salt.\r
