We have eaten at Saltimbocca's several times, and I believe it is one of the nicest restaurants in south Arlington. They have amazing Italian food, and the service is always polite and friendly. They are moderately expensive, but the food is extremely creative. They have a wonderful wind tasting each month that is so much fun; each course is served with a different wine. I recommend this restaurant highly. more

great italian menu 6/15/2005

This is a serious restaurant, and they know what they're doing. But, it's also independently owned, so it has a personal quality. This combination equals great food that's done right. Look to spend 10 to 15 dollars a person for dinner, but it is worth it. They have both creative and classic Italian dishes and great desserts. The atmosphere is nice, but doesn't try too hard. Friendly staff. more
