Hello, I am not the type of person who typically complains about services. But what happened to me at this salon is something I hope does not happen to anyone else. I went in to have an eyebrow wax. I've done this at different salons a million times and I never had a real issue, so I decided to try this place. The woman messed up and removed 1/4 of an inch of the beginning of one of my eyebrows. She didn't say anything, but when I got home I knew one side looked wierd. She kind of faked out the shape a bit so I couldn't immediately tell what the mistake was. Then it started to grow in and I was horrified. I called the salon and asked to speak to a manager. I was really scared, honestly my eyebrow may never grow in the same way! Well, I explained what happened and the manager kept yelling at me, I swear. It was like she was mad at me. She kept telling me I should have complained immediately (it was a week later). I expected her to apologize or something. In my experience salons are always very kind about this kind of stuff. This is why I really just didn't expect this treatment. However, I decided to be firm because the woman that did this to me deserved to know what she did and that she didn't fool me. Anyways, I went in, as asked by the manager, to get my money back and the manager was again super mean. She took me to the back, made me explain again, and even wanted me to confront the lady who messed my face up. I was ready to cry. I know it sounds stupid but they were that nasty. She finally gave me my money and rudely dismissed me. Please dont trust these people!!!! I will never go there again or allow a friend to. I am sure if this happened somewhere else they would have tried to be nicer to me. I understand people make mistakes and I am sure this was one of those times, but to me what really defines good business practices is how you treat people when they aren't happy. Thanks
