Ken is fantastic for cuts and color. He obviously takes lots of training, learns new skills and loves to apply new techniques. I was instantly inspired to be a loyal Ken fan! And, since she's always learning, he does have some great ways to change my look from time to time.
On the flip side, I have also had bad haircuts here - particularly from Jill, who is rather tentative and shy. She washed my hair once and half of it was still dry. I always feel like I need another cut two weeks later when she does it.
