from the salon owner....... customer satisfaction is very important to me. I always want to know about any disatisifaction. I do not understand why someone would not approach me personally about this hair issue. but instead post a scathing report on the internet. I feel terrible that you had such a awful experiance at my salon. I always want to be of assistance with any situation within reasonable request.\r
I have several stylist that are experianced, and the salon stands behind their work. We care about the quality of our services and we DO care about our guests. I have discussed this situation with my staff, and we are dismayed that an incident which merited such a scathing report would not be remembered by any of us. and I as the salon owner am very disappointed that it was not brought to me personally, so that I could apoligize personally and make it right..
