IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HAIRCOLOR EXPERT, THEN YOU MUST GOT TO DOUG. HE DOES THE BEST HIGHLIGHTS!!! HE MATCHES THE RIGHT COLORS FOR YOUR SKINTONE AND THEY LOOK LIKE SO NATURAL . YOU'LL WALK OUT LOOKING LIKE A MILLION BUCKS. I ALWAYS GET ASKED WHERE I GO TO GET HIGHLIGHTS! HE IS REALLY NICE TOO AND SO IS THE REST OFF THE STAFF. more
