I was in your salon last week and have never been treated in such a poor, unproffessional fashion in my life. From the moment I walked in the door it was a horrible experience that I will regret for the next 3 - 4 years (the amount of time it will take to outgrow the damage you caused in 15 ill fated minutes). \r
