Takes Too Long 8/5/2005

This was a very large pharmacy. The reason I went was because it was directly across from my doctor’s office. The prescription filling took an outrageously one hour. And one of my prescriptions was unavailable at the time. I felt that the service from this pharmacy was sub par. Lack of medicine and slow filling times really got me angry. I am never going to this pharmacy again even if I have to travel further. Even in the snow. more

A Bit of Small Town in the Big City 7/25/2005

Saldo Pharmacy is a taste of small town caring in the heart of Williamsburg. The pharmacists get to know their patients by name, sight, and even by voice over the phone. When my friend calls to fill prescriptions for her mother they recognize her voice on the phone and know exactly what she needs, and they routinely deliver the medications to her home. Being sick on your own is rough, it's nice to know that there's a pharmacy that cares enough about its patients and the neighborhood to go the extra mile. more
