When I am not in Pittsburgh, I always crave Saigon-Tokyo's pho, sushi, eggrolls, rice and noodle dishes, and Bubble Tea. I know good Vietnamese food when I see it, and this is the best of the best. The pho is made from an amazing, aromatic broth (the beef is my favorite, but the chicken is great, too), and the rice and noodle dishes come with perfectly grilled meat (I am partial to the pork with rice). Also, everyone agrees that the sushi is really fresh (try the Boston rolls made with shrimp, cream cheese, and cucumbers - delicious!), and even if you do not eat raw fish, there are many other options available that are made with cooked fish. Finally, I love that there is a variety of beverages to choose from, including Thai iced tea, soy bean drink, Vietnamese-style coffee, and 15 different flavors of Bubble Tea (my favorites are honeydew, chocolate, taro, and Thai tea). The prices are very reasonable, and the environment is clean, warm, and inviting. It is a great place to grab some lunch during your work break, take your family for dinner, or go out on a romantic and casual date. Highly recommended overall!
Pros: variety of food and beverages available, clean and relaxed environment, delicious dishes, great value
