OMG!! I walked in the other day to have Lenny do my nails and what a surprise. The place is fabulous!! It is amazing. Lenny,the owner, whom I've always referred to as Lenny the Great, is truly the greatest! The place has been remodeled and it is beautiful!! He did A LOT of the work himself! I've always been very pleased with the services I've received for the past 5+ years. Saigon nails offer affordable prices and friendly staff who want you to be pleased and feel pretty! Lenny has a whole slew of the best massage chairs in the world. So don't forget to get your toes done too!! My nails look so natural and that's why I keep going back! You've got to check it out. There's lots of nail salons out there but only one Saigon Nails!!! more

I have been going to Saigon Nails for 6 years and will not get my nails done anywhere else! They do the best ""Pink & White"" nails and do great Pedicures. I have also referred many friends that get manicures and have now become regular customers. I would highly recommend you check them out whether you have natural nails or are getting a acrylics or pink & white! Pros: Professional Staff, Quality Products, Parking more

I am a regular mani/pedi type person. Saigon nails may not be the best -- but it's the best for the price! My manis usually last longer than a week from there, where as some places they are peeling and chipping within a few days. I think the staff is friendly and fast. I have been going to SN for 3 years now and I am always satisfied when I leave. The bottom line is for $33 for mani/pedi-- for how great my nails look and how long they last-- it's the best. Pros: long lasting manis/pedis, evening hours, fast and reliable Cons: don't love that the staff doesn't speak english most of the time more

This place is horrible. I had a technician who insulted me in her native language. She was complaining about her job and made rude comments about all of the clients. She didn't realize I could understand her! She was very unprofessional and I would never recommend a place where patrons walk in to get their nails done only to be insulted and ridiculed by the people who work there! Cons: staff is disrespectful! more

Saigon Nails is great! I have been to salons all over the city (I have also lived in many other cities) and the SN staff is kind, knowledgeable, skillful, and heeds much attention to detail. they use the best quality products and my manicures and pedicure last a long time. is is also a great deal! only $12 for a manicure and $33 for a manicure/spa pedi combo. unfortunately, i will be moving soon, but on each return to chicago, i will definitely make a stop at saigon nails! they even have parking!
