Best

Stumbled upon this restaurant after a matinee of WICKED. And this restaurant experience was anything but! Four of us ate here for under $95. We had sev'l appetizers, three soup...

Worst

I ordered the Saigon noodles with pork, and got instead what looked like cheap Lo Mein. The pork pieces were spongy and the whole thing was far too oily. The dish really looked ...

We were pleasantly surprised by Sunday brunch here recently. The food was delicious plentiful and beautifully presented. The service though efficient was a little too aloof. the decor was striking. more

I work at Columbus circle and am always looking for a new place to order out. This place sets the bar! I have ordered from here 6 times in 2 weeks since I have found it. Coworkers always ask if I am ordering from there... enough said. more

Blah food, menu pricelist posted outside is not current 11/4/2010

My husband and I were looking for something close to Port Authority Bus Terminal and quick enough for sit-down and decided to try this place out. We were discouraged by the location because it is less Hell Kitchen and more Theater = tourist trap. We first looked at the menu posted on the exterior wall and agreed that the prices were decent enough. When we sat down and opened the menu given to us, I noticed that the prices were about $1 higher than what we saw outside before we entered. I was willing to believe that they just had not changed out the old menu outside. I ordered a grilled pork noodle soup and my husband ordered Saigon style noodle soup, and we shared a summer roll. It was nice that the pork was on a separate plate rather than in my soup broth. The broth was light, but the noodles were over-cooked. Overall, it was an okay meal. Will I give it a second chance? No. Service was attentive enough. Decor is modern. Food was forgettable. The menu price discrepancy really turned me off. more

Horrible Experience 3/20/2010

I saw roaches running around in this restaurant. Very dirty environment when you pay attention. I never go here ever again. All the comments below are true. Their attitudes are very unpleasant. Never thank customers. Beg for tips. Worst restaurant experience I ever had in my life..... Cons: Dirty Environment and poor service more

do not go here 3/16/2009

My husband and I ate at this restaurant last year and had an okay experience. So after seeing all these awful reviews we had to check it out - - - These 1-star reviews are TRUE!! The decor is still nice but the food is sub par. Even the vietnamese spring rolls had no taste!! To top it off when a staff member came to give us our change, she told us that ""NY has a 15% gratuity charge."" What nerves!!!!! Hello, we live in ny and we are very well aware that gratuity is optional. We normally tip 15-20% for good service and if it weren't up to my husband I would not tip at all after such a rude statement. If you want good vietnamese food try Pho Bac or Thai Son for half the price. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! Pros: decor Cons: awful food and poor service more

V poor food 12/19/2008

2 of 3 dishes were just bad: the duck & mushroom soup broth was tasteless, as was the soggy duck leg; worse, the grilled red snapper was not grilled by way too deep fried. The flesh around the gills was too hard to eat, & the rest was dry. Pros: Cheap, close to theatres Cons: V ordinary food more

Whats the worst thing to happen to vietnam in the last 50 years?.... Wrong. This place. 7/17/2007

I used seamless web to order beef sate with glass noodles, pan fried dumplings, and crispy shrimp roles. All of them were bad. There are at least 20 other places that are cheaper, taste better, and come on time. Pros: Seamless web access Cons: Took A long time, Food was bad more
