Sai Sai is in the Biltmore hotel, one of the most beautiful downtown hotels. Very deluxe. The interior of Sai Sai is spacious and light.
I've had lunch here several times and the food is always good. They have nice side dishes with their lunch packages, including a wonderful eggplant-seaweed delicacy that was delicious and beautiful. The sushi is good and the sashimi is even better.
The only downer: service at the tail end of lunch hour can be slow because it gets crowded, and there are not even waitresses. However, when you do get their attention, they are courteous and attentive.
