Rented us an RV with a generator that failed in 1/2 hour after leaving Las Vegas 105 degree temps. We had our two dogs, no air conditioning. They don't answer their phones after 5pm, NO VOICE MAIL. We called right before closing and they told us to take care of it ourselves. We stayed in a Motel 8 the first night in Las Vegas to wait for a repairman that we found in the yellow pages.
We had to call a repair guy to come to us and replace the air filter that was so clogged, the generator wouldn't run. TV broken, DVD broken, kitchen table wouldn't stay up, fell to the floor. Curtains pulled down, broken.. couldn't pull up. The oven didn't work. POORLY MAINTAINED. No place to leave your car, we had to drive across town to find long term parking at the airport...The insurance you buy has a 1000.00 deductible. We made an appt with the general manager John Wiley when we returned the RV. You got it... he was conveniently gone to an appointment, he had our email/phone info and didn't bother to let us know, or leave word for anyone to help us. The staff is SUPER SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM SAHARARVdotCOM in Las Vegas.. RUN, RUN!!! Save yourself a lot of grief.
Pros: it's on the cheap side
Cons: NO ROADSIDE SERVICE ! POORLY MAINTAINED RV'S grumpy staff!
