i went the sahara cafe in philips ranch with 7 of my good friends and i can tell you that we were treated very good,, service was great,i loved the food, humos was made just perfect and i had a beef kabab plate, OMG it was really delicious... more

Great place to relax or work 5/24/2005

The Sahara Cafe is a great place to meet with friends and/or family. I was skeptical of the food at first, but after trying much of it, found it to be quite delicious. On numerous occasions I've seen people working on homework and the like. And there are always beautiful people in attendance, so please, dress to impress. Service was Nonexistent 3/28/2005

Good place to try, but probably won't go back. The ambience was cool and huge outdoor patio was great. Our large party of 12 was seated right next to the nice water fountain. The waitress was MIA and we would have to hunt her down for every little thing, so of course dinner was a 3 hour affair since it took our waitress 30 minutes to just take our order. Food was actually pretty good. We ordered the large sampler with a little of everything. The hookas were great. There aren't many good restaurants and hangouts in the area, so this place is always crowded. Pros: Ambience, Tasty food, Hookas Cons: No Service, Loud, Crowded more

Excellent 5/22/2004

It was an excellent choice to go to Sahara, it was my first time and the food, service, and ambience was great.. I really enjoyed it and I will continue going, I needed a place to smoke some good Hookah and chill out with my friends or family.. Pros: ambience, good hookah's, good service more

Sahara is the BEST!!! 5/5/2004

I have been to every hooka place in southern cali, and this is the best place ever. The food is and service is of the highest quality ever! I go there all the time. Its the kind of place you want to keep coming back. The outside patio is HUGE. The crowd is high-class and the people look hot. I highly recommend you go! Pros: good crowd, good parking, good food more
