Excellent Service 12/14/2018

Jay the tech who came out was great. He got us set up and even came back out a second time to get my attorney set up with the app on her phone since she was not here for the initial set up. Overall we were very pleased with Jay and SafeTouch of Tampa as well for the excellent customer service that was provided in getting us set up. We will be recommending and passing on his name to anyone who ask us about the company. more

It was time to re-evaluate my home security system. The previous tech I had install my ADT system was clearly doing everything to up sell me and nickel and dimed for everything leaving a very uncomfortable and much more expensive process than I was led to believe from the sales rep. Holy Moly was Dan different! he really represented his organization with integrity and professionalism, took his time to explain everything to me post install, helped me setup my phone app, and showed me how to use the wed interface. He also went out of his way to gave me a bunch of tips and tricks. what an amazing experience!! more

We had Safetouch at our old residence. They came out and did an inspection of our new residence and told us what we needed. The technician was on time, was very helpful and did everything we asked. They are a great security company and would recommended them to others as well. more

Dan D. Is an excellent service technician 4/9/2018

Called SafeTouch on Friday night when got home because smoke detectors were beeping due to low batteries. They scheduled Dan D. To come on Monday between 1and 3pm. He was here at 1pm. He was professional, efficient and courteous. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks Dan! more
