Good: Nothing. Bad: If you would like someone to answer the pone and tell you that if you have this many questions you need to talk to someone else and be transferred to a voice mail. And then get a call back 6 days later, while you count the hours, minutes, and seconds, then this is your kind of "safe place." This isn't exactly what I would call a very safe, reliable, and dependable place. What kind of place is this?. Improvements: Maybe a call back. Maybe someone who has the time to answer questions and doesn't say that I have too many and they don't have time to deal with me. Or perhaps a 24 hour hotline that doesn't leave me waiting for 10 minutes. How many people do you thing hang up after they were finally brave enough to call? Or maybe someone who answers the phone who is a counselor and doesn't tell me to call back between 9 and 5 pm. Is that too much to ask? And again, we wonder why so many of these crimes are unreported. Other: Do you know how many people who have finally found the courage to make the hardest phone call of their life. Only to be put off by staff and personnel who don't have the time or patience to really answer any questions..
