I would leave 0 stars if I could. They guaranteed delivery & did not deliver! I then call the day after & no one will speak to me about it, they only comment that there is a note on the account for someone to call me soon . She defined soon as maybe today but maybe the first of next week. \r
I paid in full for a guaranteed delivery date, then after they failed to deliver on said day, they cannot talk to or discuss what happened, why, or when I can speak to anyone. I can only presume defraud! Of course I will report this to my credit card company & I will get my $100, but now now my child in college, who is more than 2,500 miles from home has nothing! Mistakes happen, but I expect honesty upfront with immediate discussion on next steps. Sada s Florist obviously meet 0 stars, in dependability, trust, etc. do yourself a favor & don t risk the disappointment and defraud!!
