SRP services some areas Arizona with their electricity. The company is in someway (and I am not entirely sure how) associated with the government that allows them to keep their prices somewhat lower than the competition. But their customer service is just not adequate. Their employees seem to have little knowledge of electricity and how it works. Their phone support is not available on the weekends, which is a major inconvenience. They are supplying their product 24/7 and I think they should have people to back up that service 24/7 as well.
