Long waits 7/20/2005

The sprint store is really the only place you can go if you have a problem with your phone after you have purchased it. They have quite a few people on staff but on a weekend the lines get get pretty long since thats when most people have time to get their. They also have a place where if they can't fix it that you can conveniently buy a new one. more

horrible service 6/15/2005

I don't know if the problem is the Sprint corporation or this particular store (I'm guessing it's the whole corp), but I've never experienced worse customer service. Staff seems annoyed with your very presence, and if you do get them to pay attention they don't know what they're talking about. I lost cell phone service in the store itself. Awful, just awful. Go with Verizon. more
