I have to say that I've been to SEE eyewear more than once I like their trendy and different frames. Unfortunately this time I went to SEE and it was a different experience. Everyone there wanted to charge me for every little single thing and they were very shady about all charges since the beginning. However, I wanted to get a new pair of glasses because I had a coupon and when I told them about the coupon one person didn?t want to accept it but later on someone else came and said ?is OK you can use?. Two weeks later I went to pick up my glasses and noticed that I couldn?t see clear with one of the pairs I got. I stopped by next day to have them checked and I was right the prescription was incorrect so they have to send them back again. I went back two weeks later and at that time I indicated to one of their employees (Jerry) that I wanted to use one of my old SEE pairs with my new prescription but that there were some stones on the frame that needed to be fixed. This Jerry guy told me that it shouldn?t be a problem and that the repair was included since it was one of their glasses but when I told him I had $50 promotion discount he came back and charged $40 to fix the stones and told me ?your coupon should cover it?!!! Really?! Since he was so suspicious and odd about everything I ended up not getting another new pair and just left it like that. TWO MORE weeks later my husband went to pick up the glasses (again) and when he gave them to me I noticed that the frame was missing a stone. I called immediately and lucky me that Jerry was the one who answered. I told him that my glasses were missing a stone and asked him what happened and that guy went crazy and started to yell at me telling me that he told me that they were going to repair the base of the stones and not the stones. I told him that I wanted my $40 back and he kept yelling that he was not going to credit anything back because he told me about that before and that I had to deal with that? OMG I couldn?t believe what was happening to me and that someone that deals with customers everyday was reacting like that. So I ended up with a pair of glasses I can?t use because is missing a stone and its base, charged for a poorly done twice, an incorrect prescription and it took more than a month until I could get my glasses back! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back! And that Jerky guy should go work to a place where he doesn?t have to deal with anyone but himself!
