I had another company to come out and look at my refrigerator. They made a diagnosis and said that the freon had to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion and I called S & S Appliance Repair to come out and give me their diagnosis.
Curtis was the S & S technician who came out. He diagnosed that the problem was with the starter device. He explained it was possible that the compressor needed replacing, but he would only know that if replacing the starter device did not work. He said that if replacing the starter device did not work, all I would have to pay was the service charge of $40.
Curtis is amazing! Once he replaced the starter device, my refrigerator was working again. He provided great service. He is knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I have the magnet he gave me, with the S & S phone number, on my refrigerator; if I ever need their services again, I will be calling them.
