This property had us on the fence. The property itself if decently attractive at first, but if you drive back in further it is very dark and gloomy looking. The area is not well kept, and we saw a lot of trash and boxes lying around in the parking lot. The insides of the apartments have great layouts, and are ideal of roommates. however, we found that this property adds a lot of additional move in charges that other properties in the area don't charge. This property itself is also a little difficult to find, and we noticed major flooding at the entrance when it rains. The location is decent being about 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and less than 5 minutes from a grocery store.
