Exceptional Rapport with Pups! 8/6/2007

Carla, the owner, has training in animal massage, and her influence on our two dogs (a beagel and a mini-schnauzer mutt) shows. The younger dog, the beagle, has really gotten mellowed out and better behaved with Carla's special attention. Carla is always willing to add more visits or stay overnight with our beloved pets, and she provides excellent care and attention to both dogs. She is flexible, pleasant, and clearly a dog lover. We have used Ruff Life for both daily and overnight care, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! Pros: Caring, flexible, dog loving care! Always willing to go extra mile to give dogs what is needed! Cons: NOTHING more

Perfect for our first pet sitting experience 5/8/2006

We had no idea what to do. Our 100 lb. husky mix is not a community dog so we felt uncomfortable with the idea of a kennel. Carla came over the first day that we called, and she was a perfect match for Moe, he instantly loved her. On her first visit, Moe barked for a half hour before warming up to her again. But she sat down and took the time for him to calm down. When we got back and Carla came to drop off the key, you could see Moe was excited to see her. Carla is professional and I love the survey at the end asking for comments. We highly recommend her. Jon and Jessie Pros: Personality, Professional, Cost Cons: none, none, none more
