GREAT BUSINESS 1/22/2010

My father used Rue for years for his construction business (accounting and tax) and his personal tax returns. He was ALWAYS satisfied with how they handled his accounts and actually helped him tremendously on past due returns with the IRS. My father passed away and I have started my own construction business. All my bookkeeping and tax is run through Rue and I couldn't be happier! What a great group of people Mr. Rue has at his firm! Thanks! Pros: Great people to work with more

Warning! R&A made things worse with the IRS! 10/29/2009

Very very dissatisfied, was forced to fire Rue, and meet with IRS myself when my 1 year audit turned into a 3 year audit! Within my 2 hour meeting with the IRS things were completely cleared up! Rues charges were way above the estimate given to me. It seemed like it was all about getting my money from the very begining, they ask you to sign a form that allows them to make electronic withdraws from your bank account, Even the IRS agent said the money I spent on Rue was a waste! Warn everyone you know! Shame on you Steve Rue! Pros: Offers electronic withdrawl of funds from your bank account. Cons: Overpriced $500 hr, disorganized, too many other clients. more
