I have been going to the same hairstylist in NYC for over 7 years, so I was a little afraid to try someone/someplace new. Since moving from NYC to LA, I tried a couple of places before and had horrible experiences, which is why I decided that I everytime I would go home to NY, I would just get my hair cut there. Unfortunately, I have a new job that I have to start on Monday and my hair looks like a scary mop, so I braved trying Rudolph's on Melrose, and I am soooo glad that I did. Jesse, who is one of the owners, did a fantastic job! Not many people know how to cut my hair, since it is naturally wavy and heavy.\r
I highly recommend this place for it's easy going & non-pretentious feel, as well as it's good prices. It's not ridiculously priced, like most places in L.A. and you still get a great cut!
Pros: walk-in, appointments, friendly staff, consultation, easy going atmosphere, prices
