This was the first Ruby Tuesday I'd ever visited, and the reason I now seek out their restaurants wherever I travel. The sumptuous, always freshly-stocked salad bar is the equal of any Chart House- not to be missed! Add a cup of their addictive white-bean chili and a glass of crisp Pinot Grigio, and I'm a happy camper. The menu is surprisingly creative- just the ticket for a foodie on a budget. You can celebrate a little and indulge yourself without sweating the number on the Expense Report. If you're feeling gregarious, the customers here are consistently interesting and articulate. At the end of a business trip through Denver, I make it a point to cap off the trip with dinner here before bunking at one of the nearby hotels and catching an early-morning flight back East.
