Good Intentions Gone Bad 1/21/2020

Jake did a great job of fixing our furnace issue on a very cold evening. He was quick to get to our house and quick to diagnose and solve the problem. As a bonus, he didn't make fun of me for causing the problem in the first place. I appreciate the professional service we always get from the Royal Oak Heating and Cooling team! more

Another great job ! 2/1/2019

We've used Royal Oak Heating & Cooling for several years now making minor repairs to our furnace. Last evening (31Jan19) it stopped. The on call rep came promptly, but didn't have the part. Returned today (1Feb19) and completed the job in 30 mins. Great to have heat and to work with such professional staff - both in the office and the field. more

Had furnace cleaned and checked. The technician was on time, cordial and efficient. The price was as quoted. I am very pleased with my service. I'll definitely call Royal Oak Heating and Cooling if I have any issues with my furnace in the future. more

Awful ownership and customer service 6/17/2014

Horrible customer service. They refused to honor a $94.00 AC tune up. Nowhere on the coupon does it say "plus materials". Only states $94.00 per service call not $94.00 for service and parts. My entire call ended up being $208.00. When I called to explain my issue and get an explanation the owner actually got irate and told me and I am direct quoting "Maybe you should have been home instead of your husband". Seriously, this is how a customer is treated, by being belittled. more

These guys fixed my air conditioner. They were fast, efficient, and did a great job. They came right out, gave me an estimate, price matched another estimate I had received, and took credit cards. Staff was polite, professional, and friendly. Treated me with respect as a woman and did not talk down to me. more
