I rented a limo for my wedding and had one of the best experiences in a limo. I have rented other limos before and have to say that other services left there something to be desired. Royal Treatment was the ABSOLUTE best! They showed up about 10 minutes early and left me wanting for absolutely nothing. The driver was very friendly and professional. She made me feel like I was the most important person in her life. She seemed to have been in customer service for a long time and she actually KNEW what customer service really was. The limo was super clean inside and out and in great condition. The driver opened the door every time we got in and out. She and Royal Treatment were just that....I felt like I was royalty! Thanks Royal Treatment for a memorable experience! more

GREAT Limousine Company and Excellent Service! 8/8/2012

Irecently rented a limo from Royal Treatment Limousine. The vehicle was great and the customer service was refreshing! It seems like in these times people forget how to provide good customer service but this was not the case with Royal Treatment! I first called to ask if I could look at the vehicle so that I could check them out before renting. The office manager was very accommodating, even stayed late to make sure that I could make it. I went to the office, looked over the many vehicles that were in good condition and clean inside and out.\r \r The driver showed up on my date and was about 10 minutes early, saying that they would rather be 10 minutes early than on minute late. She opened the door every time my party got in and out of the vehicle and always had a smile on her face!\r \r I think more times than not people only write reviews to complain and not to compliment. Big Red Party Bus 5/7/2012

Very surprised....Rented the Big Red Party Bus for Prom for my daughter and her friends. 30 kids. They had a great time and the driver was very nice and we will defentlly be calling them in the furture. Very well worth the money that the kids payed. Awsome..... more

Mr. John Martin rented a limousine from us on August 21, 2011. He originally rented the limousine from 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm. A couple days before the reservation Mr. Martin called and changed his time to 2 pm to 9 pm. We told him that we would do our best to accommodate his needs. He said that 2 pm or 2: 30 pm would be okay. We regrettably admit that we were 30 minutes late due to the fact that the wedding that driver had previously went over their time limit that was booked at least six months before the date with no changes made at all. \r Mr. Martin had a $335 balance due at the time of the pick-up and was informed by office staff when originally setting up the reservation that it was due to the driver when he got to the pick-up location. Mr. Martin said that he would pay the driver later. The driver was trying to be accommodating so he loaded up the car with passengers and headed to Ford Field for their concert. \r Mr. Martin told the driver that there was a special route/short cut that he wanted him to take so the driver obliged him but the customer was told that he would have to direct him through the short cut to Ford Field.\r The date of the reservation there was a concert and a Tiger more

HAD NO IDEA WHERE FORD FIELD WAS, OR WHERE WE WERE GOING. DIRTY COOLERS IN THE LIMO, AND WOULDNT LET US USE OUR OWN COOLERS. THEN AFTER THE CONCERT COULDNT FIND US, SO WE HAD TO WALK FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES TO FIND HIM. AFTER WE FOUND HIM DEMANDED WE PAY HIM IN FULL, WHICH WE DID. THEN 15 MINUTES INTO THE DRIVE HOME, WANTED US TO PREPAY FOR ANOTHER 3 HOURS, $150. WHICH IT WOULDNT TAKE US THAT LONG TO GET HOME. WHEN WE REFUSED, HE PULLED US OVER IN THE GHETTO IN DETROIT, AND LOCKED IN THE LIMO, AND TOLD US WE NEEDED TO GET THE MONEY TO HIM RIGHT AWAY. SO WE PHONED THE POLICE AND HE WENT CRAZY ON US AND STARTED SCREAMING AND WE DEMANDED HE TAKE US TO THE POLICE STATION. THEN LEFT US THERE TO FIND OUR OWN RIDE HOME. ALL THE WHILE THIS IS HAPPENING THE OWNER IS CALLING AND SCREAMING AT US TELLING US TO GET ANOTHER $150 TO THE DRIVER, FOR OVERAGES THAT HAVENT EVEN HAPPENED YET. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! more

Long term headache 12/31/2010

We hired them for our wedding to take us out to get photos and a quick drink before our reception. They began by showing up 1 hour late. Then when we got in the limo and were on our way, the driver informed us we would have to do our business and be dropped off after 1 hour. Our reservation was for 3 hours. The driver was courteous and helpful, but they booked the limo back to back, so we were rushed through our short time in the limo. We paid the balance on the limo and then forgot about it. Why ruin my new wife's day. It is now 3 months after the wedding and I find a charge on my account from them. After calling they claim they have no record of the deposit we paid 6 months ago. So with out any notice they charged our account. After providing proof of payment they claimed they will refund the money the same day. 3 days later I cannot get in contact with them and the charge is not reversed. They are a nightmare. Use a cash deposit or stay away. more

Horrible experience 8/23/2010

We wanted a limo to bring us home from the Detroit airport with our new, adopted baby girl from China. The limo had an electrical issue and the a/c didn't work, the back driver-side door wouldn't open due to a dent and the trunk wouldn't open for our luggage. When I asked for a refund, the owner offered a $60 credit and actually said "if this is not acceptable then the driver will pull over to the side of the road for you to find alternate transportation." Nice... two adults and 14-month-old sitting on the side of I-96. Is this the type of business you want to support? more

Decent Limo Service 2/13/2006

I was in a wedding last month where the couple rented their limo from Classic Caddy. The experience was not the greatest I have had, but was definitely satisfactory. The limo was in okay condition, the radio did not work correctly, but the driver was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all our requests. He always had a smile on his face and was a great person to work with. The rental price was reasonable and the overall service from start to finish was great. I would most likely recommend them for anyone?s limo needs, but tell them to shop around to see if they could get a little better quality for the same price. more

We recently used Classic Caddy Limo for both a bachelorette party and wedding and were very impressed with the service received. The limo was in top notch condition and the driver was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all our requests. He always had a smile on his face and was a great person to work with. The rental prices for both events were very reasonable and the overall service from start to finish was great. I would definitely recommend them for anyones limo needs. more

Not the best 11/6/2005

For our wedding, we booked the 18 passenger Navigator. The limo did not look as good as we expected. It was white, old, and a bit beat up looking. Several things inside the limo were broken (like the phone to talk to the driver). The driver was very nice and took us anywhere we wanted to go. The price was about average compared to other places, so I would shop around before booking with Classic Caddy. more
