Went into Royal last Wednesday looking for a beginner guitar for my 13 year old son. I was planning to shop around, but felt confident in the guitar that was suggested to me. The sales man was a young man that I suspected was a manager, as he was very knowledgable and curteous.
I know that not every body that shops buys stuff the same day, and I didn't feel pressure to buy right then and there. I felt that if I wanted to, I could come back and get that same kind of polite service.
Not only did I buy the guitar, but they worked out a full deal and included a carry bag, a book, and guitar picks.
As we were leaving, the sales man also suggested a local guitar teacher for my son. That worked out great... I called him and scheduled a month of lessons that start just after the New Year!
This guitar sale and our experience was so nice and easy. I cannot see how any body could not feel special in this great music store.
I give five stars for very selfish reasons... When I get treated special, then I love to tell others about it. When I get treated like crap, I love to tell MORE people!
Royal music did it right for me. I understand that you cannot please all people all the time, but Royal music did it for me!!!
