I went to book 2 limos and 1 car for my wedding..
At 12:15pm on 7/5/12, i spoke to a very frustrated and unprofessional Mark who treated me as if i was dumb speaking abnormally slow and shouting down the phone to me. he told me that i had to fax a form in order to book a limo, i said gee thats tough because I dont have a fax machine, he told me to book with someone who can do it over the phone then!!. Anyways, I carried on and said i would like to book 2 limos and one car for me upcoming wedding, he replied 'what car, we have very few cars left'.. (very unhelpful not advising me on what was left or what I should do). after i told him the car, then he asked 10 or 12 passengers, with such a tone like he did not need or want my business. I said "excuse me" and he said "TEN OR TWELVE", do you want the car or not I don't have time to argue. I asked him could I speak to someone else and he said NO and hung up. what customer service from this place. if they have people who cant treat you right over the phone then what will they be like arranging your cars for a wedding???
