Some time back took a string trimmer in for estimate and fix if reasonable. I watched the salesperson write on the work order, estimate and ok needed prior to repair. It took some time, finally got a call, stopped in to see them, they had the repair done, no phone call, and no approval. The repair was expensive, had I paid just $10 dollars more I could have purchased a brand new, exact replacement. They would not consider what was said, nor what was on my paperwork. I asked to talk with the manager and was told no one was available and I HAD to pay as charged for my item. Have not been back there since.
