Called at 855pm to make on order for delivery. I ordered one large pepperoni pizza , 6pc buffalo wings with ranch and 6pc bread sticks. I was told it would take 30-40min. I paid on the phone with my debit card. About $24 total; $11 for the lrg pizza (on sale), $5 for wings, and $5 for bread sticks. It wasnt until I had got off the phone that I realized I forgot to say whether I wanted spicy or BBQ buffalo wings, so I called back. I told the same person i wanted spicy wings on the order I just made. She told me "usually when customers dont say which one, we just make it BBQ" so I said, I want the spicy buffalo wings. She said "Ok, I'll make sure to tell them" I thanked her and hung up. It was past the time the lady had promised, and I was just about to call back to make sure it was on its way, when the deliverer was knocking at the door. My boyfriend answered the door, signed the receipt, and took the order from the deliverer. 5min after we received our food, we started to dig in. First thing I did was read the receipt taped on one of the boxes. "Order #79 Delivery, Sent by Elizabeth S. Lrg Orig Dough 18.50, Cheese 11.00, Red Sauce 5.50, Extra Cheese 3.50, (6) BBQ Wings Cheese 2.50 Ranch, (6) Twist Cheese 2.50 Ranch. **Finished**" The order on the receipt was totally wrong. However, the food itself, wasn't totally wrong. I got my spicy buffalo wings, but didnt get my bread sticks (twists instead) nor did I get my pepperoni pizza (cheese pizza, extra cheese instead). I was very disappointed, but not as disappointed as my boyfriend, who loves Round Table Pizza's pepperoni pizza and was expecting it for dinner after a long day of practice and classes. Lesson learned: ask cashier to read back order to make sure everything is right, check food when received to make sure it was what was asked for.
