First, rude employees who took delivery calls. Will say "Please hold, thank you" without giving the caller a chance to agree. Hold calls for 3-5 minutes & disconnects you once. I called five times before my orders were taken but it was repeated to me all wrong. I give my phone number, she spew out wrong address from her database. After correcting her errors she sounded disgusted, I dared correct my own address. Then she hang up without asking for mode of payment. Bad luck, I want to pay credit card so I called again & was put on hold 3-5 min. again by the same employee. After knowing why I'm calling, she asked me to hold, again. By now, I got the feeling that this is a DISASTER customer service, but I was thinking its worth the wait and mess since my previous experience with gourmet veggie pizza is great when I was in Salinas. Besides when I asked the employee who was taking my order if its such a bother for a delivery, in case they are very busy, I can cancel my order. She said, I am not bothering them and they can take my order. WRONG. Delivery comes 50 minutes later, driver don't have a pen. DISAPPOINTMENT. Pizza's center crust is raw, so I decided to cook it. I'm thinking, well there's buffalo wings, to alleviate my hunger, when I opened the second box, IT WAS NOT THE WINGS, its a pathetic looking garlic twist/sticks. So, I called, again, and was put on hold, again. Five minutes later, the supervisor picked the phone & surprise, its the same one who took my order. After asking for my concerns, she implied that I am a liar. " THE DRIVER SAID HE GAVE YOU THE WINGS" she said. I explained its a garlic twisted stick in the second box. In an annoyed voice she asked if I want credit or wings. What a bad joke! OF COURSE I WANT MY WINGS, after going through all this trouble! 35 minutes later the wings arrived. By this time I lost my appetite already and deeply regrets ever dialing Round Table 664-4446 number. By the way, they gave me raw wings too.
