We have been having trouble with a State Water Heater ever since we had it installed. The water heater became such a problem that we started to get to know everyone by name. Mr. Harry Blakely was always so concerned, answered our questions and got a technician out to our house as soon as possible. One specific time Mr. Blakely and Earl Woody (one of his associates) came to our house at 9:30 in the morning and stayed until 5:00pm trying to diagnose our heater, and get it working. They went above and beyond their call of duty.
Recently, we called Mr. Blakely and explained that our heater was acting up again. He dispatched Evan Brown to our house. Mr. Brown cleaned out our water heater to see if that was the problem. He took his time and made us feel as if we were his only customers for the day. Unfortunately, our water heater was past the point of saving, so finally, after four years of several (15+) house calls (all of course done by Roto-Rooter,) we decided that it just wasn't worth it anymore, and had Mr. Brown install a new one. He worked very hard and tried to get one on a Saturday, so he could fit us in his busy schedule. We couldn't get a hold of one that day, but Mr. Brown came to our house on the following Monday before his shift and installed our new water heater, and took our old one free of charge because they wanted to study it and figure out what was wrong with it for future customers.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the services that Roto-Rooter has delivered to our home. They are quick, professional, and reliable. We have been using their services for 20+ years and will continue for many more.
